- Watch and listen to the song: ‘Microorganisms’ by Peter Weatherall –making notes as you watch
- Read the webpage (or the paper file) about microorganisms and make notes.
- Watch the short BBC clip: ‘Seeing the bacteria carried on hands’.
- Design a leaflet suitable for children your age about microorganisms and washing hands.

- Watch the BBC Teach dramatisation of the scientist Edward Jenner and make notes as you watch
- Read about Edward Jenner’s life (website or paper copy) making any additional notes
- Based on what you have read and watched, create either a fact page or a comic based on the life of Edward Jenner.
